How do I take my PHA?

Through the App:

1. Log in to your Abhaya account.
    
2. Tap View Rewards on the Your Rewards tile on your dashboard.
   
   
    
3. The Reward Center will appear. Tap Complete Now on the PHA status tile.
   
   
    
4. Tap Complete Now on the PHA tile.
   
   
5. Your assessment will open and start on page one of six.
   
   
6. Complete all six pages of the PHA and Tap Complete.
    
7. A congratulations message will be displayed. Tap Continue.
   
   

Through Web:

1. Log in to your Abhaya account.
    
2. Click View Reward on the Reward Center tile on your dashboard.
   
   
    
3. The Reward Center will appear on the right pane. Click Complete Now on the PHA status tile.
   
   
    
4. Your assessment will open and start on page one of six. Complete all pages fully before moving to the next page. The percentage progress is shown in the top right corner.
   
   
    
5. Complete all six pages of the PHA and click Complete.
    
6. A congratulations message will be displayed. Click Continue.
   
   
    
7. After completion, the PHA Status tile should state "Completed" and show a green checkmark. To view your report, click View Report on the tile.
